Patch releases for CKAN 2.9 and 2.10 now available

We are happy to announce that Jari Voutilainen (@Zharktas) has become the latest member of the CKAN Tech Team. Jari has been an active member of the CKAN community for a long time, with his first contributions dating back to 2014. Since then he has been regularly involved with the CKAN community, helping other users in the mailing list or Gitter and submitting valuable patches and features to CKAN core and various extensions. Jari is a technical project manager (ie. scrum master who does programming) at Gofore, where he has been involved in CKAN projects like Avoindata.fi, Helsinki Region Infoshare and Liityntakatalogi.suomi.fi. The CKAN Technical Team provides vision on the technical direction of the project, manages and reviews external contributions and oversees new releases. The Tech Team meets twice a week in an open call that is open to everybody.
